Recipe Editor/Cookbook Ghost Writer

For Hire.

Check out the latest project, The Carnivore Code Cookbook, published by HmH. This was an awesome opportunity and experience working with Sarah and Ashley Armstrong (@strong.sistas) on their joint cookbook with Dr. Paul Saladino. These recipes are animal based, with an empasis on whole animal usage. There is also an in depth cooking methods section for all of those intimidating cuts, and a carnivore pantry section, along with sourcing locally!

The Fit Baker by Crosby Tailor. Crosby has been making home made desserts his whole life, but once he started moving towards a more naturally healthy lifestyle, he realized he had to remix all of his classic favorites to use no seed oils, no refined sugars, and no gluten. The Fit Baker is a groundbreaking dessert cookbook ahead of its time. Now you can have your cake and eat it too. For this project I assisted with recipe editing, and method. Headnote writing along with the introduction and conclusion. I also assisted with developing the branding for the Fit Cookie Mixes that accompany the book and designing the cover. Crosby is a man that wholly lives his mission and he was a pleasure to work with.
